The IT Associate Analyst – Site Administrator analyst role is to provide comprehensive IT support and maintenance for our North American offices, plants, warehouses, distribution centers. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware, software, equipment and connectivity to ensure optimal performance. The analyst will troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where it’s required. Additionally, this role will support specialized laboratory equipment (both hardware and software) and act as an extension of our Enterprise Technology Group’s infrastructure teams.

The incumbent will handle end-to-end service delivery for assigned location(s) while maintaining alignment with service guidance and expectations while continuously improving processes and standards.
