Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG), the nation's largest SealMaster/GemSeal franchisee, is seeking a dynamic Epoxy Sales Representative to drive growth within our concrete coatings division. This role is ideal for a high-energy, technically capable sales professional who combines strong commercial instincts with hands-on experience in concrete, coatings, or related construction environments.

The Epoxy Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding market share within an assigned territory by developing new contractor relationships, strengthening existing accounts, and delivering technical solutions that support successful project execution. This position requires a proactive, field-driven approach, with significant time spent on job sites conducting product demonstrations, supporting initial installations, and advising customers on materials, equipment, and application methods.

In addition to sales responsibilities, this role will serve as a key internal resource for epoxy and concrete coating systems. The successful candidate will help guide product positioning, provide market feedback, and support ongoing development of PMG's coatings portfolio. Training contractors and internal teams on proper installation techniques and best practices is a critical component of the role, requiring both technical credibility and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate brings progressive outside sales experience within construction, industrial distribution, or coatings, along with practical exposure to concrete applications, surface preparation, or specialty materials. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to balance relationship-driven selling with disciplined territory management, while maintaining a strong service mindset and entrepreneurial approach to market development.

This position requires regular regional travel, including job site visits, trade events, and contractor training sessions. A valid driver's license, comfort working in physically demanding environments, and the ability to support equipment demonstrations are essential.
