Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000+ Base Salary plus commissions

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney with extensive litigation experience to join our trial team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, persuasive communicator, and fearless litigator who thrives in the courtroom and is passionate about fighting for the rights of injured clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs
• Develop case strategies and evaluate settlement value
• Collaborate with investigators, medical experts, and other professionals to build strong cases
• Represent clients in court proceedings with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain client communication and provide empathetic, transparent guidance throughout the legal process

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in PA and preferably in NJ
• Minimum of 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Proven track record of successful jury trials and high-value settlements
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
