Job Title: IT Security Specialist (On-Site / Internal)

We’re looking for an experienced Internal IT Security Specialist to protect our business, secure our infrastructure, and support our rapidly growing dealership operations.

What You’ll Do

As our in-house IT Security lead, you will:

• 
  

  Monitor and secure dealership networks, systems, and endpoints



• 
  

  Maintain and improve cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls



• 
  

  Manage user access, credentialing, and workstation security



• 
  

  Respond to security alerts and investigate potential threats



• 
  

  Liaise with OEM vendor portals (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, etc.)



• 
  

  Oversee firewall, VPN, remote access, and network configurations



• 
  

  Conduct risk assessments and security training for staff



• 
  

  Support compliance with manufacturer and financial security standards (e.g., FTC Safeguards Rule)

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 
  

  Experience in network security, IT systems administration, or cybersecurity



• 
  

  Working knowledge of Windows environments, firewalls, VPN, endpoint security tools



• 
  

  Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills



• 
  

  Ability to manage IT security independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• 
  

  Automotive dealership IT or DMS exposure (Reynolds & Reynolds, VinSolutions, etc.)



• 
  

  Experience with FTC Safeguards Rule, MFA configurations, PCI, and compliance frameworks



• 
  

  Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA, etc.)
