Service Manager
Defined Hospitality is looking for our next dynamic leader to fill a Service Manager position for our newest restaurant, Picnic.
Picnic is a fun concept with a casual approach to service. We focus on oysters, wood fired rotisserie and low intervention wine.The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. For this position, we are looking for someone who is an effective communicator- someone who is able to motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of those around them. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position and detailed work is a major focus of the job!
