We are currently looking for a Sr. Production Assembler with verifiable experience in carpentry and/or construction, 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Using kitted frame parts and prepped doors, assemble custom door units
• Operate several different saws to cut material, power tools for special door prep, and may be required to operate a CNC machine or other automated machinery.
• Read work orders to assure accuracy of assembly
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality
• Apply special hardware, such as Bommer hinges, spring pivot hinges, multi-point locks and panic hardware

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years’ related experience, finish carpentry a plus
• Capable of reading a tape measure
• Experience in using hand tools, pneumatic staple gun, and other electric tools when necessary.
• Experience with specialized carpentry tools (Plus)
