Master Pest Control Technician

We are seeking a Master Pest Control Technician to support a major enterprise account in the food and restaurant industry across the **Philadelphia Metro **area.

This is a night-shift role , as services are performed while restaurants are closed. The position requires an experienced, licensed technician who can travel between multiple locations, deliver high-quality service in sensitive environments, and provide detailed, professional reporting.

Important requirements:

• Must be able to work overnight shifts consistently
• Must have secure daytime parking at your residence for a company vehicle

Position Summary

You will be responsible for servicing a large, multi-location restaurant account , ensuring each site meets the highest standards of pest control, sanitation support, and regulatory compliance.

This role is ideal for a technician who is detail-oriented, highly professional, and comfortable operating independently while representing the company at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities

• Service multiple restaurant locations across Philadelphia Metro and Central PA , including overnight travel as needed
• Perform detailed inspections and implement effective pest management solutions in food service environments
• Apply treatments in accordance with label instructions, safety procedures, and company standards
• Deliver clear, accurate, and timely reporting for every service visit (findings, actions, recommendations)
• Communicate professionally with on-site managers and client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and transparency
• Identify root causes of pest activity and provide proactive, long-term solutions
• Maintain route efficiency while managing a multi-location account
• Use company-provided mobile tools to document all services and maintain compliance records
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding scheduling, account updates, and urgent issues

Requirements

• Licensed Pest Control Technician in at least 2 categories
• Strong experience in commercial pest control , preferably in:
• Restaurants / food service
• Hospitality or institutional accounts
• High-compliance environments
• Experience with multi-location or enterprise accounts strongly preferred
• Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts on a consistent basis
• Ability to travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding service schedule

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely use ladders and access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined areas
• Wear required PPE, including respirators when necessary
