Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 75k/year - Harrison City, PA

• Our client, a growing independent insurance agency, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. The Commercial Lines Account Manager main role is to ensure customer satisfaction and client retention by delivering timely, consistent and exceptional service for an assigned book of business. You will manage client relationships and ensure superior service. No upselling or sales are required in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and client retention by delivering timely, consistent and exceptional service for an assigned book of business.
  
• Prepare quality submissions to carriers, review and analyze quotations received from carriers and prepare professional and accurate proposals for presentation to our clients.
  
• Process endorsements, Certificates of insurance, and perform policy updates.
  
• Serve as risk manager advisor to customer base.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial lines.
  
• Proficiency with AMS360 or similar system.
  
• Technical knowledge and understanding of all forms of coverage and risk alternatives.
  
• Property and Casualty (P&C) licensed.
  
• Multi-carrier experience.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 75k/year
  
• Paid holidays, health, dental and vision plans.
  
• 401k with company match.
  
• Ability to work in office Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
