Sr. Transportation Project Manager
Location: Canonsburg, PA Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $125000-150000 annually

Senior Transportation Project Manager
Objective
Lead highway and bridge design projects across Pennsylvania. Hybrid work schedule from Cannonsburg, PA area.
Responsibilities
- Pursue new business with existing and prospective clients
- Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off
- Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing
- Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout
- Prepare project proposals and serve as primary client contact
- Navigate and implement public processes and municipal approvals
- Represent firm in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years transportation design engineering and project management experience
- Professional Engineering License (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) nearing licensure
- Demonstrated DOT experience
- Client relationship and business development experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferences
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in MicroStation
- Familiarity with PennDOT design standards
