What the Role Looks Like

Our Sales Consultants guide customers through one of the most personal purchases they make for their home.

You'll greet customers, learn about their needs, and help them find the right furniture, mattresses, and home solutions for their space. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, create a great experience, and earn the customer's business.

You'll also follow up with guests, build relationships, and develop repeat customers who come back to you when they need help with their home again.

We provide product training, tools, and support - but your success ultimately comes from how well you connect with people and close the sale.
