Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician — Manufacturing Operations

Your impact

• Lead with safety: apply plant rules and safe work practices.
• Prevent downtime: lubricate components, check wear and positions, and listen for vibration and noise anomalies.
• Own the urgent: jump on emergency and breakdown maintenance to support operations.
• Use the data: reference manuals, drawings, and technical literature to guide accurate fixes.
• Collaborate externally: coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for specialized support.
• Measure precisely: deploy test equipment for diagnostics and verification.
• Repair and install: electrical circuits, mechanical drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and steam system components.
• Run utilities: operate the boiler safely while maintaining adequate steam pressure.
• Document everything: complete maintenance records thoroughly and on time.
• Be a teammate: communicate issues, share insights, and assist where needed.

What makes you successful here

• Fluent in English for reading, writing, and speaking on technical topics.
• Comfort with micrometers, indicators, and other precision tools.
• Hands-on experience from the electrical cabinet to the machine shop.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and ask clarifying questions.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.

Schedule and location

Atglen, Pennsylvania. Openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts; some weekends are required.
