Landscape Foreman

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew in the installation and maintenance of landscape projects, ensuring work is completed to company standards.
- Coordinate with management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Efficiently manage labor, equipment, and materials on job sites.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all landscape tasks.
- Promote and maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment for all team members.

Compensation
Earn up to $28.00 per hour based on verifiable experience. Work 36 hours per week and receive pay for 40 hours with perfect punctuality and attendance.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape installation and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
