In Restoration, The Best Jobs Do Not Come from Ads.
They Come From Relationships.
At New Image Restoration , we have built our reputation in the Delaware County and Greater Philadelphia area one job at a time by earning the trust of insurance professionals, property managers, plumbers, real estate professionals, commercial property contacts, and homeowners who call us when something goes wrong.
Now we are looking for the right person who can take that reputation and turn it into consistent referral growth.
This opportunity is not a desk job! This role is for someone who knows how to build trust, stay visible, follow up, and become the person referral partners think of when a pipe bursts, a basement floods, mold is discovered, sewage backs up, or a property needs emergency restoration.
You will be responsible for developing and managing referral relationships across Delaware County, Chester County, Philadelphia, and the surrounding market.
You will own your territory, build your book of business, track your activity, and be rewarded based on the results you produce.
You do not need to bring an existing book of business with you, but if you already have relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, real estate contacts, or commercial property contacts, that is a major plus.
If you understand people, can follow up consistently, and are willing to learn the restoration industry, this can be a major career move.
What You’ll Own
Referral Network Development
Build and grow relationships with:
- Insurance agents
- Claims adjusters
- Plumbers

The goal is not one referral.
The goal is to become their trusted restoration partner.
Pipeline & Follow-Up
You will track your contacts, visits, opportunities, referrals, and follow-ups using our CRM and reporting system.
Your pipeline is not optional.
It is how we measure activity, consistency, and growth.
Market Intelligence
You will stay aware of what competitors are doing, what referral partners are hearing, what opportunities are opening up, and where New Image Restoration can win more market share.
You will bring that information back to the team so we can stay ahead.
