What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
- Bonuses after 6 months of employment
- Full Time - 40 hrs./5-day work week
- Monday-Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
- Must be able to work every other Saturday: 9 am to 4 pm

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy & execution across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook
- Create & publish daily content that is engaging, professional & brand aligned
- Visit each project site, including clients' homes, to capture authentic, creative, high-quality photo & video content
- Work closely with the Sales Manager & external marketing agency to implement strategic monthly retail campaigns
- Translate social media data into clear insights that shape forward-thinking marketing initiatives & content strategy
- Innovate & optimize marketing strategies to achieve best-in-class standards
- Engage with customers online & in person to build relationships, strengthen brand awareness & gather client reviews
- Provide general sales team support, including administrative tasks & occasional customer assistance
- Coordinate & communicate efficiently with both internal teams & external partners
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years' proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant, Sales & Marketing Assistant, Project Assistant, or similar role
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business management or marketing (REQUIRED)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, WordPress, Google Analytics, or comparable tools (REQUIRED)
- A valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
- Solid understanding of retail operations & customer relationship management
- Ability to produce creative & entertaining marketing content
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving ability
- Strong personal & professional judgment
- Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
- Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
