Warehouse & Showroom Manager - SYNLawn Pittsburgh

SYNLawn Pittsburgh is on the move. We’ve just opened our brand-new warehouse and showroom on Neville Island , and we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse & Showroom Manager to help us take this business to the next level. Backed by the strength of 99 years in business at Eisler Landscapes, this is your chance to step into a role where you’ll have real responsibility, daily variety, and opportunity to grow with us .

Because this is a brand-new facility, many of our processes are being created for the first time. You’ll work directly with ownership to help establish operating procedures, shape how we manage the warehouse and showroom, and play a key role in building a strong foundation for growth.

Whether you’re an experienced manager or just starting your career, this could be an entry-level management role for the right candidate — if you bring the right attitude, we’ll train you in what matters most.

What You’ll Do

• Warehouse Operations
  • Operate forklift and cut turf rolls to order (training provided) .
  • Receive, inspect, and organize turf and accessory shipments.
  • Manage and track inventory in our systems.
  • Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and professional.
• Showroom & Sales Support
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers and contractors.
  • Process orders in our accounting system.
  • Support sales staff with drawings, plans, and material takeoffs.
  • Maintain showroom displays and samples.

Who You Are

• Comfortable with both hands-on warehouse work and computer-based tasks .
• Professional, customer-friendly, and detail-oriented.
• Drafting / CAD / design background a plus.
• Forklift experience helpful, but we’ll train you .
• CDL license a plus (occasional deliveries possible).
• Excited about helping build new systems and procedures from the ground up.
• Looking for a career path — this could be an entry-level management role for the right person.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay: $45,000 – $55,000/year , depending on experience.
