As a Digital Product Manager within PNC's MarTech and Digital Experience organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

This Digital Product Manager will develop impactful digital experiences that help shape the future of PNC.com—our enterprise digital storefront—by building scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive business growth and deepen engagement.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a collaborative, results-oriented, and data-driven team focused on delivering best-in-class digital experiences. Your work will directly support PNC’s enterprise growth imperatives, including household acquisition and customer relationship deepening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into digital journeys using our content management platform to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with product, marketing, development and design teams to align digital experiences with strategic goals.
  • Apply design thinking, test-and-learn methodologies, and performance analytics to continuously improve PNC.com experiences.
  • Leverage customer insights and market trends to inform experience enhancements.
  • Facilitate intake and briefing processes to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Support creative development and content workflows using our Adobe suite of products.
  • Monitor KPIs and business results for digital experiences, and recommend optimizations that improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute customer-focused quality assessments and support risk management, compliance, and audit needs.

  • Use of Adobe digital platforms is a plus

Job Description

  • Supports the execution of digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
  • Completes basic analysis of digital experience, market trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. May help in business case development.
  • Participates in and makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports in the management of the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
  • Executes customer focused quality assessments and improvement processes. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs as necessary.
  • Monitors business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $72,000.00 – $98,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
