Associate Vice President

POSITION TITLE: Associate Vice President(s).

POSITION DUTIES: Articulate and demonstrate Temenos' digital-first solutions through strategic value-based selling, building strong business cases, developing a return on investment analysis and using other references and industry data to build relationships at multiple levels and drive deals from inception to close. Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing the potential for repeat business, upselling, and referrals. Act as a bridge between the client and Temenos, advocating for the client's needs while also working to identify new opportunities for the company within his client base. Communicate client's needs, feedback, and market trends to internal teams (such as sales, marketing, and product development) to improve service and offerings. Contribute to the sales process by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying leads. Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring agreements align with client expectations and company objectives. Reporting: prepare reports for both clients and internal teams, summarize account performance, identify trends, and outline future strategies. Address client issues and work to resolve them efficiently, prevent escalation and maintain positive relationships. May be required to work from unanticipated work locations; may require travel/telecommute.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or related field, or foreign equivalent.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 60 months progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or related occupation.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires five years progressive post-baccalaureate work experience to include experience utilizing: 1) Temenos T24 Transact Core Banking. 2) Temenos Infinity Digital Banking. 3) Temenos Banking Cloud. 4) Temenos Multi-Bank Architecture, 5) MEDDIC Sales Enablement tools, 6) Clari Forecast Reporting tools, Mutual Account Plans, 7) sales enablement platforms, and 8) Performance analytics tools to track sales.
