Position Summary: The organization is seeking a Manager of Clinical Pharmacy to lead clinical pharmacy services and optimize therapeutic outcomes for patients within acute care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical pharmacy operations and formulary management
• Collaborate with medical and nursing teams on medication therapy initiatives
• Ensure compliance with state/federal pharmacy regulations and hospital policies
• Provide staff education and support cost-containment strategies
• Manage departmental performance metrics and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacist license required
• Minimum 3 year of clinical pharmacy leadership experience in an acute care setting
• PharmD preferred
