Discover more about us at . Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position located in our Newtown Square, PA headquarters. Three days per week are required onsite. Job Summary The Vice President, Human Resources Client Services plays a critical leadership role within the HR leadership team and serves as a trusted partner to executive leaders across the enterprise. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and leads the HR Business Partners and Associate Relations functions, translating business goals into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational capability. As a trusted advisor to the executive team and a key integrator within HR, the VP, HR Client Services plays a central role in shaping how HR creates business value, elevates performance, and supports organizational success. The leader successfully balances operational excellence with forward-looking transformation, ensuring HR is positioned to meet current and future business needs. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership- Serves as a strategic partner and advisor to the executive team, providing counsel on organization design, talent, leadership effectiveness, and change.
- Partners closely with the EVP, Chief People and Culture Officer and the SVP, Human Resources to align and execute the HR strategy and enterprise priorities.
- Leads, develops, and scales high-performing HRBP and Associate Relationships functions to deliver high-impact, business aligned people strategies and solutions.
- Acts as the senior HR liaison to cross-functional stakeholder groups, providing strategic HR input and ensuring decisions are informed by enterprise priorities and people implications.
- Champions a data-driven culture, ensuring leaders rely on insights to information decisions and drive enterprise-aligned outcomes.
HR Business Partners
- Optimizes the HR Business Partner model to ensure delivery of high value support that enables business priorities.
- Proactively identified organizational, talent and culture implications of business decisions.
- Partners with leaders and collaborates with HR COEs to drive organization design, talent planning, and interventions aligned to business priorities
Associate Relations
- Responsible for the enterprise Associate Relations strategy and framework, ensuring consistent, fair, and timely outcomes that mitigate risk and reinforce trust, culture, and leadership accountability.
- Leaders the resolution of complex or high-risk cases, partnering with Legal and leadership to shape recommendations and ensure consistent, legally sound, and culturally aligned decision-making.
- Leads people strategies for enterprise-wide priorities and initiatives; oversees execution of initiatives through the HRBPs and in partnership with the COEs.
- Leads comprehensive analysis of work effort and resource strategy, ensuring effective allocation of internal and external resources to support enterprise priorities and value delivery.
- Equips HRBPs and leaders to manage change effectively through clear frameworks, standardized tools, and capability building.
- Ensures business continuity and engagement are prioritized during periods of change.
- Develops and delivers executive-level materials that synthesize insights, provide clear recommendations, and facilitate effective decision-making by the Executive Leadership Team on enterprise programs and organizational impacts.
- Serves as an integrator within HR, driving collaboration between HRBPs, COEs, and HR Shared Services in alignment with the overall HR operating model.
- Partners closely with the HR leadership team (HRLT) to define how HR delivers value-clarifying roles, capabilities, decision rights, and ways of working across HR.
- Drives the advancement of the HR Operating Model, with a focus on enhancing strategic capability, optimizing shared services, and leveraging technology.
- Provides strategic oversight of the HR budget, partnering with HRLT to ensure optimal resource allocation and alignment with organizational priorities and long-term HR strategy.
- Bachelors degree required.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including HR Business Partners, Associate Relations, or prior experience leading HR.
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to link business needs and strategy with people solutions.
- Strategic thinker capable of balancing big-picture transformation with operational discipline and execution excellence.
- Possesses a strategic, solution-focused mindset, with an eye toward enterprise solutions that are repeatable and scalable.
- Demonstrated experience leading or playing a key role in transformation and operating model changes. Strong background in organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes at the executive/C-Suite level and navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Someone who thrives in balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholder groups.
- Possesses broad understanding of all HR functions in a COE model.
