Sales Development Representative
Our client is a software company seeking hungry and motivated Sales Development Representatives to join their growing sales team. This is a great entry point into tech sales with a clear path to an Account Executive role.
You'll generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team.Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and determine fit for the sales team
- Book discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting goals
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Learn the product inside and out to communicate value effectively
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in sales, customer service, or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
