About the Role

BeVisionary is a growing singles events company creating fun, meaningful ways for people to connect. We’re looking for warm, upbeat, and organized Hosts to lead our mixers across the region. We provide the venue —your job is to promote the event, plan activities, arrive timely, manage staff and vendors, welcome guests with a warm smile, set up and run the activities, and create a great atmosphere.

What You'll Do

● Promote the event beyond for additional compensation (training provided)

● Choose approved icebreakers and activities for each event that will help people engage - we’re always open to new ideas!

● Arrive on-site at least 1.5 - 2 hours before the event

● Welcome guests, lead icebreakers, manage staff, and keep the energy positive and inclusive

● Coordinate with venue staff and entertainment on-site, manage the event timeline, introduce yourself as the host to the group on a microphone, and do prizes at the end

● Debrief with venue after each event for feedback

Who You Are

● Friendly, charismatic, energetic, personable and confident leading groups - you set the tone for the party!

● Organized and reliable with transportation, and availability on evenings and weekends

● Comfortable with public speaking and social interactions

● Excited to grow with a fun, fast-paced company

● At least 21 years old, and originally from the Philadelphia tri-state area
