We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Alcoma Dental Associates . This position is for full time Monday-Thursday. Why Youll Love It Here:

- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques
- Familiarity with medical imaging procedures
- Experience with documentation review and adherence to HIPAA regulations
- Knowledge of infection control practices within a dental setting
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
- Conduct patient assessments and review medical history
- Perform dental cleanings and preventive procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and disease prevention
- Take needed x-rays including bitewings, PAs, and panoramic x-rays using a unit on which you would be trained
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft dental software
- Administer local anesthesia under the direction of a dentist if certified and if needed
