Dispatcher
Falzone Towing Service, a leader in the towing industry, is seeking a dedicated Towing Dispatcher to join our team. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence. As a family-owned business, we offer a supportive and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of calls, schedule and coordinate service calls, and create dispatch tickets. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations and timely service delivery, making it an integral part of our growing company that values its employees.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls with precision and attention to detail.
- Create and manage dispatch tickets for all service calls.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the dispatch team.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and possess a logistics mindset.
- Organizational and computer skills are essential.
- Experience in the trucking/towing industry is a plus.
- Availability to work some holidays and weekends.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
