Job Description
- To complete general apartment maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry & appliances
- To troubleshoot and resolve daily work orders
- To support unit turns and make‑ready tasks
- To maintain common areas and uphold safety standards
- To work independently and communicate professionally with residents
Required Skills
- Previous apartment or property maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Own tools required
- Ability to complete basic repairs across trades
- Strong troubleshooting and customer‑service skills
- HVAC or EPA experience a plus
- Familiarity with Yardi or RealPage systems
