Production activities

Stein Seal is a leading design and manufacturing company in the aerospace industry. We have our own proprietary products used by all the major aircraft engine manufacturers. These designs have drastically increased our business. As a result, we are continuing to increase our manufacturing activities, and we need technically savvy individuals willing to be trained in the identification, cleaning, assembly and testing of our products.

Position involves working with other associates on your team to manufacture and statically test metallic components and assemblies used in our products. This may involve using computer-controlled machinery to create these precision parts, identify the parts and perform visual, dimensional and pressure tests on them to assure acceptance. Training in these operations will be provided by fellow associates.

Some manufacturing experience is helpful, but not necessary.

We occupy two modern climate-controlled manufacturing plants, one in Kulpsville, off the Lansdale exit of the Turnpike and the other in Telford, a short distance from the 309 exit. Help is needed for both our day and night shift operations.

Our facilities are air conditioned, and we operate under Lean Principals. Benefits include 401k, and health and dental insurance.
