Manager, Brand & Content Strategy
The Manager, Brand & Content Strategy leads strategic storytelling and brand architecture development across North America, supporting residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. This role translates business strategy into compelling narratives and cohesive brand experiences, ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing communications. Operating within the Marketing Communications team, this individual plays a critical role in shaping how our brands show up in the market and connect with customers.

Strategic Storytelling & Content Frameworks

Develop and guide solution-oriented storytelling that connects products, services, and customer needs across sectors. Create content frameworks that support full-funnel marketing and drive engagement.

Brand Architecture & Governance

Lead the development and evolution of brand architecture across North American business units. Ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment in how brands are positioned and integrated.

Cross-Sector Messaging Strategy

Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to unify messaging across business units. Build narratives that reflect the full value of our multi-brand portfolio and resonate with diverse customer segments.

Brand Strategy Execution

Lead the rollout of brand strategy across digital, physical, and experiential channels, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Thought Leadership & Advocacy

Serve as a strategic advisor and brand champion, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding the organization through brand transformation.

Content Planning & Editorial Oversight

Lead content planning across channels, including web, email, social, and collateral. Provide editorial guidance and ensure content reflects strategic priorities and brand tone.
This role operates in a highly matrixed , multi-brand environment and requires deep strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, and creative leadership. The Manager must synthesize complex business inputs into unified brand narratives and content strategies that drive engagement and reinforce market leadership.

Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Brand, Journalism, or related field required. MBA preferred

10+ years of experience in brand strategy, content development, or strategic communications.

Proven success in leading cross-sector storytelling, brand architecture, and content strategy in large organizations.

Experience in B2B and B2B2C environments preferred, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $111,000.00 to $177,000.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $127,600.00 to $203,500.00 Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
