We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dock Clerk to support our warehouse operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting both internal teams and external drivers.

Dock Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 12:30am )

• Verify and accurately record all incoming and outgoing shipping and receiving information.
• Prepare and affix necessary labels, stickers, and documentation for all shipments.
• Maintain and update computer-based inventory reports and records in a timely manner.
• Authorize products for shipment and receipt, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Proactively communicate any issues or discrepancies with drivers to the immediate supervisor.
• Implement and maintain strict security procedures at the loading dock area.
• Liaise with Customer Service Specialists regarding customer-related issues and assist in their prompt resolution.
• Support efforts to track and locate missing shipments

Dock Clerk Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency, including data entry and navigating inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Capable of assisting with physical tasks such as loading and unloading, which may involve lifting and moving packages.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
