Job Description

- Deliver tires and materials from the warehouse to the production floor to support continuous manufacturing and shipping operations.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
- Handle manual lifting of tires and related items when required, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Support shipping and warehouse activities, such as staging products, organizing inventory locations, and preparing loads for outbound shipment.
- Monitor equipment condition and promptly report any forklift or attachment issues to maintain a safe and reliable operation.

- Ability to operate a sit-down forklift safely and confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use clamp attachments and standard forks to handle tires and racks securely.
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Ability to perform some manual lifting of tires and related materials.
- Reliability and strong attendance, with the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Comfort working in a quota-driven environment where pace and accuracy are both important.

- Familiarity with warehouse processes such as staging, loading, and inventory movement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflow in a busy warehouse setting.
You will join a safety-focused team in a dynamic warehouse setting where your forklift expertise is highly valued and used every day. The environment offers steady, hands-on work with opportunities for overtime when quotas and demand require it. You can build your experience in production, shipping, and warehouse operations while working with modern material handling equipment and contributing directly to the success of the operation.
Work Environment
This position is based in a busy warehouse environment filled with heavy equipment, tires, and rims. The facility operates at a fast pace with multiple activities happening simultaneously, so situational awareness and adherence to safety rules are essential. You will spend most of your time on a sit-down forklift, using both forks and clamp attachments.
