Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $25 - $34 per hour based on experience and skill level

Responsibilities
Perform work as a Commercial Carpenter throughout the Philadelphia Tri-State Area
Complete metal stud framing and commercial drywall installation
Assist with commercial interior build-outs and finish carpentry projects
Install acoustical ceiling systems, doors, frames, windows, and hardware
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction layouts
Measure, cut, and install materials with accuracy and efficiency
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
Maintain organized and safe jobsites while meeting project timelines
Coordinate with supervisors and field crews to keep projects on schedule
Travel between commercial project locations as needed
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company job site procedures
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience
Experience with metal framing, drywall, ceilings, and finish carpentry
Familiarity with commercial construction, tenant improvements, or interior build-outs
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a crew
Ability to adapt to changing job site priorities and deadlines
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical job duties throughout the workday
Authorized to work in the United States
