Our client is one of the fastest-growing logistics technology software companies, having developed an industry-leading serverless logistics integration software platform for 3PLs, Digital Forwarders, Shippers, and SaaS providers who need to integrate with trading partners. Clients connect their ERP, TMS, WMS, BI platform, or other systems to our client’s cloud-based logistics integration software platform, and our client handles all communication with the world.

Once a customer is connected to our client’s platform, they gain access to best practice-based integration solutions for sharing purchase orders, ASNs, status updates, documents, invoices, and more. Our client handles all the complexities of transforming messages to the trading partners’ preferred formats. With pre-built interfaces to common TMSs, booking platforms, accounting tools, and eCommerce shopping carts, integrations can be set up in as little as 10 minutes.

As our client onboards new customers and completes their projects, you will perform detailed requirements analysis, data mappings, document processes, and perform user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to both technical and non-technical users. You will be successful by design mapping and solutioning profitable, custom integrations for our customers.

• Conduct deep dive discovery sessions to identify business needs/processes and finalize requirements gathering, resulting in creation of SOW.
• Provide effort estimation for analysis, mapping, testing.
• Log billable hours as required to ensure maximization of profitability.
• Accelerate time to value by clarifying any Solutions approach cross departmentally with CS and Product teams.
• Write code for adaptors (including custom), create pre and post processors, map EDI.
• Prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on resolving complex challenges and ability to prioritize accordingly.
• Project management as needed to ensure on time delivery.
• Identify gaps and provide recommendations to both internal and external teams.

• 3-5+ years of EDI experience in a business analyst or IT related role or similar in a supply chain company or B2B SaaS company.
• Strong experience analyzing EDI specifications.
• Advanced technical skills, including familiarity with a wide variety of data file types such as XML and JSON.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Familiarity with tracking billable hours.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work a flexible schedule.
• Experience effectively leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, communication, or decision-making, as applicable to the role—while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical use and data security best practices. Must understand the limitations of generative AI, avoid reliance on sensitive or proprietary inputs, and ensure outputs align with company and industry security standards.
• Big bonuses:
  - Able to read/write basic programming scripts in a language like Node.js or Python.
  - Experience using CargoWise.
