What You'll Do as an Account Manager Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current customers, following up as needed to provide exceptional service. Educate customers about their insurance options through a needs-based, customer-focused approach. Develop expertise in insurance products, services, and processes (with full support to earn your license!). Bring enthusiasm and a growth mindset to help drive our agencys success.
