Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.50 to $18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• *1st shift -Monday 5:18 am -2:18pm Tues- Fri 6am-2:18pm
• 3rd shift Sunday 8pm-5:18am Tues-Friday 10pm-6:18am - TRAINING IS ON 1st Shift
• Operate mail production machinery consistently to meet and exceed daily output targets.
• Maintain a high level of operator efficiency while running equipment.
• Promptly identify, clear, and resolve machine jams to minimize downtime.
• Perform minor machine adjustments as needed to ensure continuous operation and quality output.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and meet production goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks as required.Must Have:
• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or at least 2 years of equivalent experience.
