Position Overview

Joyce is seeking an enthusiastic Field Canvasser to represent the Joyce brand in the field and generate new homeowner interest in our products and services. In this role, you will proactively canvas targeted neighborhoods, engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach, and schedule qualified appointments for our In-Home Sales team.

This position is ideal for self-motivated, high-energy individuals who enjoy face-to-face customer interaction and thrive in a performance-driven environment. You will play a key role in helping Joyce expand its market presence while delivering a professional, positive experience to every homeowner you meet.

Compensation

This role offers hourly pay plus performance-based incentives.

Compensation Includes:

• $17–$27 per hour average earnings
• Performance bonuses based on appointments set and quality
• Top performers earn $40+ per hour

What You’ll Do

• Canvas designated neighborhoods to promote Joyce products and services
• Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
• Educate customers on the value of Joyce windows, sunrooms, baths, and doors
• Generate and schedule qualified in-home consultation appointments
• Represent the Joyce brand with professionalism in the field at all times
• Track daily activity and results accurately in internal systems
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve marketing and outreach efforts
