Application for Workforce Initiative

Lycoming-Clinton Behavioral HealthChoices Workforce Development
Pennsylvania

Lycoming/Clinton County Behavioral HealthChoices (LCBHC) Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Workforce Initiative (LCWI)

LCWI is a college loan reimbursement program designed by LCBHC to increase the availability of high-quality candidates for the behavioral health Medicaid provider workforce. The ultimate goal is to increase access to behavioral health services for our members by increasing provider staffing levels.
LCWI is designed to provide prospective bachelor's and master’s-level college students the opportunity to have the program pay for college loan balances up to the noted maximums.  In exchange, students would be placed with a provider located in Lycoming or Clinton County for two years of employment after graduation. LCWI may also support a paid internship for students in place or in addition to tuition reimbursement

LCWI may be available at your college/university and is not limited to a specific college/university.

To apply a student must:

The college/university is the entity that is ultimately connected to both LCBHC and the provider and finds qualified students who may take advantage of LCWI.

The LCWI Initiative is administered through a partnership between Lycoming/Clinton Behavioral HealthChoices and Donnelly-Boland and Associates.
