Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
• Answer and route multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
• Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
• Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for staff members or clients
• Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files
• Provide excellent customer service by supporting client inquiries via phone or email

Requirements

• Proven experience in an office setting with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk responsibilities
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
• Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and customer support is essential
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
