Release Train Engineer
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Train execution in a SAFe environment. The role involves coordinating multiple Agile teams, managing dependencies, and driving program-level delivery excellence with strong focus on automated release management.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate PI Planning, ART sync, and Inspect & Adapt sessions

Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments

Drive Automated Release Management and CI/CD integration

Ensure release governance, deployment readiness, and version control

Provide program-level reporting to leadership
Required Skills
-
10+ years in Agile delivery or program management

Proven experience as Release Train Engineer in SAFe environment

Strong expertise in Automated Release Management

Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
