Staff Accountant

Job Title: Staff Accountant Job Description Join a dynamic team at a manufacturing facility in Allentown, PA as a Staff Accountant. This hands-on role offers a comprehensive experience in monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting procedures, ledger entries, and exposure to fixed asset accounting. This position is ideal for those with a robust understanding of manufacturing accounting. Responsibilities + Manage and post transactions in areas such as A/P & A/R, billing, cash application, and payroll. + Collaborate with an external payroll provider for payroll processing. + Handle all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports. + Ensure accurate ledger entries and fixed asset accounting. + Utilize ERP systems to process transactions efficiently. + Work closely with senior management to understand the company's business, products, and customers.
