Dispatcher
Falzone Towing Service is a family-owned leader in the towing industry, known for its commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As a Towing Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of service calls and timely assistance to customers in need. Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Create and manage dispatch tickets for all service requests.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers and customers to facilitate timely service delivery.
- Support the dispatch team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a logistics-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and computer skills.
- Experience in the trucking or towing industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work some holidays and weekends as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
