Step Up to Lead Outbound Fulfillment

Location: Ivyland, PA — Milton Roy, 201 Ivyland Rd., Warminster, PA 18974
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Role Purpose

Guide a high-performing shipping team to meet daily production goals while upholding safety and quality. You’ll coordinate tasks, fine-tune processes, document operations, and mentor teammates—ensuring consistent, on‑time, right‑first‑time shipments.

• Continuously improved workflows, grounded in root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and assign work based on priorities and skill sets.
• Monitor productivity; provide feedback, coaching, and training.
• Recommend employee performance insights to the supervisor.
• Address team issues and conflicts; escalate complex problems when needed.
• Serve as acting supervisor during leader absences.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation; update work instructions.
• Record and report any issues, defects, or deviations from standard procedures.
• Execute administrative and operational standards: timekeeping, attendance, efficiency, turn backs, 5S, PMPD, skills matrix, and record‑keeping.
• Relay critical updates, announcements, and operational changes to the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, or Logistics.
• 1+ year with Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets).
• Fluency reading BOMs, work instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Demonstrated time management, strategic thinking, problem solving, and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership/people management.
• Proficiency with SSO, JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Technical and Operational Proficiencies

• Shipping/Receiving; Warehouse and Material Handling experience.
• Loading/unloading vehicles; Packaging expertise.
• Forklift licensed.
• Strong shop math and communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; Basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Excel, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, UPS Ozlink.
• Measuring and quoting; Meets physical requirements; High School/GED.

Work Setting

On‑site role at the Ivyland, PA area facility (Milton Roy – 201 Ivyland Rd., Warminster, PA 18974). No travel required.
