Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role qualifies for a remote work arrangement within our 7 state footprint (PA, OH, MI, WV, VA, MD, NC).
Our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as a full cycle recruiter supporting a wide range of corporate and operations support functions across the organization. The ideal candidate is someone who can flex across multiple business areas and act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers from intake through offer. Preference will be given to candidates with experience recruiting for technical and/or IT-related roles, including partnering with hiring leaders in fast-paced, high-volume, or specialized talent markets.
OVERVIEW
Effectively recruits for store and non-store positions as assigned providing sourcing, screening and hiring process guidance to hiring managers. Proficient with a wide variety of modern recruiting technologies and online recruiting channels needed to attract and convert talent. In addition, leverages the recruitment marketing team to apply marketing and advertising tactics to their assigned roles to drive high quality applicant flow.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
1. Under the direction of their manager, recruits and maintains a qualified pool of applicants for key positions in a compliant manner.
2. Leverages modern recruiting technologies and online recruiting channels to source and manage qualified candidates through pipelines for their assigned roles.
3. Partners with Hiring Managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting, hiring and pre-onboarding process.
4. Tracks and analyzes specific data and metrics related to talent acquisition that include satisfaction surveys, conversion rates, applicant flow data, source of hire, etc.
5. Provide assistance to hiring managers related to policies, programs and technology. Serves as a subject matter expert on interviewing and other hiring process.
6. Utilizes the core applicant tracking system to compliantly manage applicants through the hiring process. Provides input to manager regarding system enhancements.
7. Inspire and engage co-workers to create innovative solutions that drive and support the business.
8. Researches sourcing, recruiting, technology and marketing trends to lead the industry in innovative recruitment practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
• 4 year degree in Human Resources or related field required
Experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in the area of Talent Acquisition, recruiting and sourcing required
• Knowledge and application of employment law.
