Our client, an industrial organization, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the Warehouse supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Shippensburg, PA

Pay Range: $15, pay increases to $18 after 45 days!

Shift: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory transactions
• Coordinate with carriers, freight companies, and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Label and store received materials in appropriate inventory locations

What's Needed?

• 1–3 years of experience in a shipping and receiving or warehouse role
• Familiarity with inventory software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
