Position: Full-Part Time Dental Hygienist

• Must have an active Pennsylvania Hygienist license.
• Flexible work hours totaling a minimum of 37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday, excluding lunch. Hours may be adjusted to meet departmental needs.
• Dental hygienists are expected to cover at least 2 sites.
• Option for a 4-day (32-hour) work week, which qualifies for full-time benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive services in both ambulatory and inpatient settings (if applicable): well patient care, diagnosis and treatment of acute conditions, long-term management of chronic oral disease.
• Perform standard general dental hygiene procedures including: dental hygiene assessment, diagnosis, full-mouth debridement, oral cancer screening, oral prophylaxis, periodontal management, SRP, intraoral camera use.
• Maintain CPR, Radiation, and Health & Safety compliance.
• Travel between sites and attend designated meetings at the administrative office.
• Promote GPHA’s vision and mission to staff, patients, and the public.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $43 – $50/hour (determined by experience)
