Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Application Architect with 10+ years of IT experience to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-level application architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and high-performing application solutions aligned with business strategy and enterprise standards.

This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural governance, and hands-on experience designing complex enterprise systems across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-availability application solutions across enterprise platforms.

• Establish architecture standards, frameworks, best practices, and governance processes.

• Lead solution design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams.

• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks for enterprise adoption.

• Ensure applications follow cloud-native, microservices, API-first, and integration best practices where applicable.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leads to translate requirements into architectural solutions.

• Drive modernization initiatives including legacy transformation and cloud migration.

• Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and regulatory standards.

• Mentor technical teams and promote architectural excellence across programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in enterprise application architecture.

• Strong expertise in designing distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and enterprise platforms.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid architectures.

• Strong understanding of microservices, SOA, event-driven architecture, and containerization.

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional enterprise teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF or other architecture certifications (preferred).

• Experience in enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

• Exposure to multi-domain enterprise systems (Banking, Healthcare, Retail, etc.).
