Job Description

We are looking for an Information Systems Operations Analyst to perform financial, asset, and Information Systems service management processes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage telecom and network invoice actions
• Perform procurement and coordinate deployment of hardware and software
• Maintain accurate asset record keeping
• Fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors
• Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as requested

What You’ll Need

Required:

• 4-5+ years of relevant experience
• ServiceNow SAM/HAM
• Understanding of administrative A/P workflows and procurement activities
• Ability to independently prioritize incoming demand and work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Preferred:

• SAP Ariba
• IS-related industry experience

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
