LIS/LTS Manager - Lab Services - Life Sciences
As a CBRE LIS/LTS Manager, you will manage a team responsible for performing daily lab solutions at one of our largest pharmaceutical client sites, ensuring that services are delivered in a safe, compliant, and timely manner.
This job ispart of the Critical and Technical Services job function, responsible fortechnical maintenance services in critical client environments.
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations andcoaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross- train staff.
Setand track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Ensure all programs and procedures of the staff are being properly performed.
Support the development and administration of the department budget. Review all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials, and additional contract requirements and submit for approval.
Review and update LIS and LTS equipment, maintenance, and calibration procedures.
Track, evaluate, and report performance on quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Manage contractor specifications problems, performance, and administration.
Conduct financial analysis including the preparation of reports.
Order and track inventory of spare parts and consumables.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovativesolutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others toreach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team andrelated teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will beconsidered.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring,appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. Why CBRE?
