Investor Services Analyst II - Alternative Investments

The Alternative Investments Investor Servicing Team supports the Fund Accounting function by servicing all current investors and assisting with the onboarding process for new investors. This team provides a high level of support for our largest clients and streamlines the processes around investor contact, investor reporting, and document preparation.

As the Investor Services Analyst I, you will support UMB by acting as the first point of contact for our largest investors. This position handles all inquiries, mailings, and subscription documents, and is instrumental in allowing our Fund Accountants to focus on the accounting duties. This team structure enables us to be more efficient and allows for easy grow in our client base. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow professionally, learning more complex tasks and software capabilities, increasing client contact, and ultimately training and reviewing peer's work.

How you'll spend your time:

• You will operate Excel and UMB Systems to create investor reporting to share with client investors.

• You will process and review investor subscription documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• You will communicate with investors through e-mail and phone to ensure inquiries are answered.

• You will partner with internal Fund Accounting team to support the client investors

• You have clerical experience in a financial services environment

Ops Specialist 1 candidates who exceed qualifications may be considered for the position(s) of an Ops Specialist 2 or 3 if minimum qualifications are met for the respective role

Compensation Range:

$38,910.00 - $75,080.00
