Responsibilities

Our recruiter positions will assist the onsite team with Randstad at DHL in recruiting, screening, hiring, and placing candidates into warehouse associate positions for our busy peak season.

Candidates must be comfortable working with applicants over the phones, through email, social media, and in person.

Qualified candidates must have a knowledge of computer processes and be comfortable learning new programs and internal computer processes.

Perform orientations and tours of the building for new applicants

Perform multiple other administrative functions such as filing, printing, copying, and auditing.

This position will be 40 hours and recruiter has to be okay with working at least one weekend day a week with having a day off during the week and/or two weekend days and two days off during the week.
