Heavy Duty Wrecker Operator

As part of a dedicated team, Heavy Duty Wrecker Operators play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transport and recovery of vehicles and equipment. Falzone Towing Service, Inc. is committed to safety, customer satisfaction, and providing a supportive work environment. The company offers both day and night shifts, with occasional weekend work, and is currently hiring for multiple positions.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty wrecker vehicles to tow and recover a variety of vehicles and equipment
- Perform all towing and recovery operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Deliver excellent customer service during all interactions with clients and the public
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of towing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all company policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
- DOT compliant, including passing drug and alcohol tests and holding a valid medical card
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a heavy-duty wrecker; candidates with significant medium-duty wrecker experience may be considered
- Good driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
