Turnpaugh Health and Wellness Center (THWC) is hiring a dynamic Supplements Store Coordinator to support our mission of delivering exceptional care and promoting holistic health. As a member of our wellness team, you'll play a key role in maintaining an efficient supplement store operation and enhancing the patient experience.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and enjoys making a positive impact every day. This position ensures that our supplement operations run smoothly and that every patient interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and care.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday 10am to 6pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.
What You'll Do:
You'll be the first point of contact for supplement inquiries-handling phone calls promptly, fulfilling walk-in orders, and responding to voicemails in a timely manner. You assist with stocking and organization of inventory and shipping materials, update product information in our MDHQ system, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining store cleanliness and supporting compliance with safety and confidentiality protocols.
What You Bring:
We value excellent communication, attention to detail, and a service-first attitude. You should be highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks, and naturally collaborative. A high school diploma is required (an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus), along with at least two years of experience in customer or patient service and a working knowledge of inventory management.
