Responsibilities:

• Provide expert haircuts, coloring, treatments, and styling tailored to each guest’s needs
• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service
• Stay current with the latest trends and techniques through ongoing education
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in line with salon standards
• Share product knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the client experience

Requirements:

• Valid PA Cosmetology License
• Minimum of 2 years of salon experience preferred
• Strong technical skills and a portfolio showcasing your work
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professionalism, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
